Wype Suite is an end-to-end on-demand vehicle detailing platform comprising three synchronized products: a customer booking mobile app, a service specialist/driver app with live turn-by-turn routing, and a centralized web management dashboard.

The Problem & Engineering Goals

The client needed to launch a full three-sided marketplace on Android, iOS, and Web within tight startup timelines while ensuring accurate geolocation and real-time service arrival tracking.

Architectural Solution

Built a unified Flutter codebase targeting mobile and web, integrating Google Maps API with customized geofences, Firebase Authentication, Cloud Storage file pipelines, and seamless payment checkout.

Hands-on Engineering Scope

Contract Flutter Developer at RP Infocare. Built all three cross-platform client and management apps from scratch, integrated Google Maps location tracking, eliminated production memory leaks, and standardized UI across devices.

Technical Challenges & How We Solved Them

Challenge 1:Resolving memory leaks caused by continuous GPS polling and heavy Google Maps map controller instances.

Solution: Implemented lifecycle-aware location listeners that sleep when the app is in background and properly dispose map controllers on route unmounts.
